Thanksgiving Week is NOT the time to go to Dollywood

The whole reservation required due to limited capacity at Dollywood is a joke. The park is more packed than before CoVid. All lots are full, as is their overflow parking. Rides have 45-180 minute wait times. No distancing at all. Not feeling very safe or healthy, especially with people coughing all over the place and constantly touching stuff. We have not seen a single person cleaning anything. Ride times are grossly underestimated on the app. We got to one that said 20 minutes both on app and at ride, and waited over an hour. Going to leave and go home after kids only rode 2 rides in 2 1/2 hours in the park. So disappointed. We expected better. I hope the season passes weren’t a complete waste of a whole lot of money.

A worker confirmed they are not limiting reservations/admissions through Sunday because of the busy time of year, and they won't be limiting it Christmas week either. Good to know what time to avoid coming. It's pretty frustrating that they are intentionally posting false information about their Covid precautions and procedures. With our medical issues, we were relying on them to follow through with what they claimed they were doing to keep us safe.
